About

Sectair is one person in Telluride, building systems agents actually use.

Sectair AI Automation Solutions LLC is a Colorado company founded by Susanna Remec in April 2026. It builds review-first AI for independent real estate agents and small teams, and runs a separate practice helping organizations put their own AI use on a footing they control.

The record

Who you are dealing with.

Plenty of AI companies are hard to pin down on purpose. This is the whole of it, in one place.

The founder

Susanna Remec.

A biochemistry degree, thirty-odd years teaching people to ski, and a house she built by hand. The through-line is the same one Sectair runs on: understand the thing before you automate it.

She took a BS in Biochemistry at the University of San Diego in 1984 and did graduate work in exercise physiology at San Diego State. She taught at Telluride Ski Resort from roughly 1988 to 2012 and holds PSIA Level 3 certification, with thirty years in the Professional Ski Instructors of America.

Since around 2008 the work has been technical: IT services, software development, film editing, and motion graphics. She started using AI in her IT business to draft scopes of work and client email, saw what it was good for and where it needed watching, and kept building from there.

She cleared the land for her own off-grid house at 9,000 feet on Hastings Mesa, banged the nails, set the solar panels, and raised three sons there.

That matters here for one reason. Most of what gets sold as AI to real estate agents is a demo. Sectair is built from real client work and the operational pain that comes with it, by someone who has spent a career being accountable to people in a town small enough that a bad job follows you.

  • PSIA Level 3, thirty-year member
  • Google AI Professional Certificate — seven courses, completed spring 2026

Claude Partner Badge: Claude Code, issued by Anthropic

Claude Partner Badge — Claude Code

Issued by Anthropic · July 2026

Eight courses and a scenario-based capstone covering scoping, deployment, configuration, security, and measurement.

Anthropic builds Claude. The badge is their training credential for consultants who deploy and run Claude Code work end to end, and it is the method behind how Sectair scopes an engagement: capture the before state, qualify the use case, keep the pilot bounded, and measure what changed.

Being straight about what it is: a training badge at Registered tier. It is not a listing in Anthropic's partner directory, not a reseller agreement, and not an endorsement of any particular result. It says the training was done.

The work

Two practices, one rule.

Nothing reaches a client without a person approving it. That is the constraint everything else is built around, and it is why the work is worth buying.

The core

Real estate.

Listing-inquiry spam quarantined instead of deleted, the genuine buyer surfaced with the evidence attached, and the reply drafted for the agent to edit and send. Alongside it: database activation, listing intelligence briefs, website and lead intelligence, and agent operations.

The second practice

Organizational AI enablement.

For nonprofits and owner-led businesses whose staff are already using AI: decide who owns the accounts and the decisions, write down what staff may do and what data stays out, teach a method people can repeat, and activate one bounded workflow with review built in.

What Sectair will not tell you

The claims that are missing are missing on purpose.

  • No client names, logos, or stories without that client's written say-so. Some of the best work is under engagements that will never be named.
  • No guaranteed ranking, naming, or citation in any AI engine. Nobody can promise that, and the ones who do are selling you something else.
  • No time-saved or return-on-investment figures. Sectair claims only what the software defensibly causes, and a number invented for a sales page is not that.
  • No autonomous sending. Drafts, lead cards, and next actions surface for review; a person approves what goes out.
